JAMMU & KASHMIR Kupwara : India-Pakistan armies trade gunfire along LoC | KNO Published 340 weeks ago on October 31, 2018 By Tasaduq Nabi Kupwara, October 31 (KNO) : The armies of India and Pakistan exchanged heavy gunfire along the Line of Control in Tangdhar Sector of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Wednesday evening officials said. Official sources told that the Pakistani troops violated the ceasefire and targeted Indian Army’s post along LOC the fire was strongly retaliated by Indian Army. Officials however said that there was heavy firing from both sides at Sudhpora in Tangdhar. Locals of the area told KNO that, There are some residential houses along LOC at the point Pakistan has been targeting since yesterday, Its second time within last 24 hours when fire from other side of the border was fired. However officials said that, no injury was reported at the earnest of gunfire. Recently yesterday evening the armies had exchanged heavy gunfire. Gunfire was going on when this report was filed.
